Hi, I’m Dervon Lee, founder of Vertical Eye LLC, a Kansas City-based drone service company.
My love for aerial views started as a kid riding roller coasters—not for the thrill, but for the perspective. That curiosity led me to study Construction Management at Pittsburg State University, where I was first introduced to drone technology.
In 2021, I bought my first drone as a hobby and soon earned my FAA Part 107 license. After receiving great feedback on my photos and videos, I realized this could be more than a passion—it could be a business.
In 2023, I launched Vertical Eye LLC to provide professional drone services across the Kansas City region. Whether it’s construction, commercial photography, or creative aerial content, my goal is to help clients see their projects from a whole new angle.
